Partners Mark and Mike have each been in the property profession for some twenty five years.
Mark began his career as an Estate Agent in East Kent before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, so has a thorough and in depth understanding of the buying and selling process from both sides of the sale. This is a great benefit to Clients who require help and guidance through their purchase, particularly if the Survey highlights problems requiring renegotiation on price.
Mike is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has practised in Kent and South East London for his entire career and has a particular interest in older buildings. Mike grew up in the Bromley area and practised there for many years before moving to West Kent.
The Partnership between Mark and Mike has created a surveying practice with unequalled expertise spreading across several disciplines. Mark's experience of East Kent combines with and compliments Mike's experience of West Kent. Both have a vast knowledge of South East London.
