Partners Mark Eastburn and Mike Massey have each been in the property profession for twenty five years.
Mark began his career as an Estate Agent in East Kent, before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, and so has a thorough in-depth understanding of the buying and selling process from both sides of the sale. This is of great benefit to Clients who require help and guidance through their purchase, particularly if the survey highlights problems requiring negotiation on price. Mark also has experience in surveying houses across the Kent region, but particular experience and local knowledge in the Whitstable, Canterbury, Herne Bay, Birchington, Tankerton and Faversham areas.
Mike is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has practised in Kent and South East London for his entire career. Mike has a particular interest in older buildings, so is able to offer specialist advice in relation to Traditional and Listed houses. Mike grew up in the Bromley area and practised there for many years before moving to Kent. Mike has lots of experience and local knowledge in the Tenterden, Rye, Battle, Cranbrook, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks areas.
The partnership between Mark and Mike has created a surveying practice with unequalled expertise, spreading across several disciplines. Mark's experience of East Kent combines and compliments Mike's experience of West Kent.
Our office is efficiently managed by Jane who has twenty years experience of surveying administration. Jane's experience together with her knowledge of surveying greatly assists Clients seeking advice and guidance on the type of survey most suited to their requirements.
